2. Right of Withdrawal Waiver
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable commercial consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately upon payment. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived upon delivery of credits.
3. Automated Error Rollback Guarantee
If a video generation job fails due to an upstream API or rendering engine error, the deducted credits are immediately and automatically refunded back to your account balance.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your credits will remain available until the end of your billing cycle, and no further charges will occur.
