1. Scope of Service
SafeShorts AI ("Platform", "Service", "We") is a cloud SaaS platform offering AI-powered dual-presenter narration vertical video generation. By registering or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Credit System and Account Usage
Video generation consumes credits based on duration (30-45s = 1 credit, 60s = 2 credits, 90s = 3 credits). Free trial accounts receive 1 test credit with a watermark. Paid accounts receive lifetime watermark-free video generation.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Service to generate defamatory, abusive, unlawful, hate speech, or infringing content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating this policy without refund.
4. Commercial License
Paid users receive full commercial rights to monetize and distribute their rendered videos across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other media.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While SafeShorts AI uses original dual-speaker scripts and licensed media to protect channels from duplication bans, we do not provide legal guarantees regarding algorithmic decisions of third-party platforms such as YouTube or TikTok.
